Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, hashed password (or OAuth identifier if signing in with Google/Apple).
• Subscription data: plan tier, billing status, and a Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, alerts triggered, and basic device/browser info, used to improve the product and protect against abuse.
• Preferences: watchlists, favourite sports, alert thresholds.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver live signals you've requested, process payments, send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on: Supabase (hosted database & auth), Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud (hosting), The Odds API and ESPN public feeds (sports data). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from the Account page, or by emailing privacy@gameedge.live. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA — contact us to exercise them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, protected by row-level security in the database, and we run automated security scans every hour. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Children

GameEdge is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
