Terms of Service — GameEdge Live

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GameEdge Live ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What GameEdge Is — and Is Not

GameEdge Live is a sports analytics, research, and entertainment platform. We are not a sportsbook, broker, financial advisor, or licensed gambling operator. We do not accept wagers. Signals, probabilities, and line movement are informational only and do not guarantee outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must be 21+ (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to view sportsbook odds and consensus betting lines. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws in your location.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Paid plans (Pro, Allstar) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. Free trials convert automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Elite Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time from the Account page; access continues through the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) resell, scrape, or redistribute GameEdge data feeds; (b) reverse-engineer the Service; (c) abuse the API beyond your plan's quota; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Data & Third Parties

Live scores, injuries, and odds are sourced from third-party providers (ESPN public feeds, The Odds API, and sportsbook public market data). We make no warranty as to accuracy, latency, or continuous availability. Provider outages or delays may temporarily affect coverage.

8. No Affiliation

GameEdge Live is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, FIFA, ESPN, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, or any other league, broadcaster, or sportsbook. All marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee profit, accuracy of predictions, or any specific outcome from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameEdge Live's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
