Refund & Early-Access Policy

Free trial — always cancel-able
Pro and Allstar include a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends from the Account page and you will not be charged.
Monthly & yearly subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used months or years.
If you were charged in error, double-charged, or believe there is a billing mistake, email billing@gameedge.live within 14 days and we will investigate and refund any verified error.
Founders Elite Lifetime — early-access offer
Elite Lifetime is an early-access one-time purchase. Because of its limited 75-spot nature and the permanent benefits it unlocks, Elite Lifetime is non-refundable after 7 days of purchase.
Within the first 7 days you may request a full refund for any reason by emailing billing@gameedge.live. Your spot returns to the public pool and the next person on the waitlist may claim it.
As an early-access product, Elite Lifetime includes features that are continuously evolving. We commit to: (a) keeping every feature you were promised at purchase, (b) including all future Allstar-tier upgrades at no extra cost, and (c) never converting your account into a recurring subscription.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback — we almost always resolve issues faster directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account termination.
